This integration connects Fogo’s high-performance and trader-centric Layer 1 blockchain to liquidity across the broader onchain economy while providing the critical infrastructure that allows users and developers to move assets like USDC, ETH, and SOL directly to Fogo’s zero-compromise trading environment with zero friction.
What is Fogo?
Fogo is a Layer 1 blockchain built on the SVM, designed specifically for high-performance DeFi applications. Based on Solana's architecture, it utilizes a custom client built on Firedancer to maintain full compatibility with the SVM while achieving minimal latency.
Designed with a "zero compromise" philosophy, Fogo implements multi-local consensus to deliver 40ms block times and 1.3s confirmation speeds. This infrastructure is purpose-built to support applications that require high throughput and precision, such as onchain order books, real-time auctions, and complex liquidation engines.
